Being a parent is challenging but we can do our part to keep them safe and healthy. As our kids head back to school, here are some tips. The most effective way is to lead by example. So get the whole family involved with eating healthy meals, daily exercise, getting enough rest, paying attention to our bodies (looking for odd lumps and bumps and getting them checked out), getting the required vaccinations, and keeping our stress levels down!
